Do you accept returns?
Yes! You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. This allows you to examine your purchase at your leisure and without risk– and if you don’t like it,simply send it back.
General Shipping Information
Many of our items are ready to ship within 48 hours – these are marked accordingly. All other items are usually dispatched within 8–15 business days.
Orders shipped within Germany are free of charge for purchases over €150.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
